DuckStation Crashes When Launching Games on Windows 11
Yo everyone, I've been loving DuckStation for my PS1 classics, but after grabbing the newest update (like 0.1-8773 or whatever the latest is), it straight-up crashes the second I hit play on Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Europe edition. No error popup, just poof—gone. It was flawless on the old version with default settings. I'm on Windows 11, tried safe mode and it loads fine there, but I wanna crank up the resolution and stuff. Debug mode shows nothing funky either. Any ideas what's breaking it?

Admin Answer

Happened to me too after that March update—total buzzkill! Head into Settings > Graphics > Internal Resolution and switch it from "Automatic" to a fixed one like 2x native or 4x (match your monitor res if needed). Boom, launches perfect every time without touching anything else. Saved my nostalgia grind.
